Open Support from your signed-in account and include the relevant account or transaction reference. Never share your password or Transaction PIN.

What details should I provide about a transfer?

Include the transfer reference and recipient account number. Do not share your password or Transaction PIN.

Can I transfer to an external bank?

External bank transfers are not currently supported. Kairo transfers use the recipient's Kairo account number.
